I've been a customer here since 2011. They are honest, and in my experience, sell excellent quality cars at very fair prices. In 2011, I leased a Soul. Bought it off the lease, and kept it till it died at 141,900 miles. In 2013, I sent my late Father In Law to Transitowne where he also bought a 2011 Soul. In 2016, my son bought a Nissan Altima which carried him through Med School, and still runs well. I'm very happy with the 2019 Soul I just bought this week, and when the time comes, both my son and I will be back for another ...

I love the service team!! Frank and Melissa are always thorough with communicating my car’s needs. I have always waited for my car. The waiting room is clean, comfortable and stocked with refreshments. Everyone is friendly and professional. I came here for my Kia update, and the staff was professional, honest, and efficient! I was in and out in under 2 hours. I also had a windshield wiper problem, and instead of charging me extra $$ for unnecessary repairs, the staff quickly noticed and resolved the issue for no charge. This was my first time leasing a car. Kia of West Seneca made the endeavor simple and explained any part of the process that I was unfamiliar/unsure about. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised with Kyle and his professionalism. When I started to look on line about trading in my newer vehicle (that I really loved) for something a bit larger so I could have more room to travel, Kyle listened and responded quickly. It was a relief that I did not have to deal with half answers about interest rates, incentives and so on. When my lease was up on my Kia I shopped around at a few places before landing at Transitowne. Paige and the staff at Transitowne made the whole process so seamless and fast. We never felt pressured to add anything extra or do anything we didn’t want to do. They worked with us on where we needed to be payment wise and made sure we felt taken care of! This review regards Kia Transitowne located on Transit Rd in West Seneca. We leased a Seltos from this dealership that now required an oil change. The service manger, Frank, provides first class customer service. From the minute I walked into the service area Frank greeted me with a smile. Frank immediately apologized for my waiting for minutes while the overhead door was opened. While completing the oil change, the maintenance tech and Frank noticed additional items that should be attended to. Frank converses with you as if you are an old friend. One of the items that was in need, ...
Smooth transition, car is great but the inside of the windshield window was not cleaned at all. On the way home when the sun was shining I noticed how dirty it was. I had to go home and clean the window myself! Detail team should be making sure things like this don’t happen.

I left my KIA Soul at Transitowne KIA on a Sunday afternoon after making an appointment for Monday. Nothing major but removal of a screw in my R/R tire. Service tech Melissa called me Monday AM to let me know the tire was repairable. Melissa assured me the work would be completed by the 2PM pickup time I requested. All went well; Melissa even called our house in the evening to follow up on the service I received. Kudos to Transitowne KIA!
